Psychedelic Assisted Therapy
Ketamine- and psilocybin-assisted therapy are integrative approaches that combine the grounding support of psychotherapy and facilitation with carefully held non-ordinary states of awareness. In both modalities, the medicine acts as a catalyst—loosening rigid thought patterns, increasing emotional access, and opening space for insight, perspective, and meaningful therapeutic movement.
This work is rooted in the understanding that each person carries an innate capacity to heal. These experiences can gently soften internal barriers that obscure that inner healing intelligence, allowing clarity, insight, and previously inaccessible parts of the self to emerge. While the altered state itself can be profound, preparation and integration are essential; it is through integration that insights are translated into lasting, grounded change.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) utilizes a legal, well-studied medicine that has been used safely in medical settings for decades and is currently being utilized therapeutically for depression, PTSD, anxiety, and addiction. All clients complete a medical screening with a licensed medical provider prior to beginning treatment to ensure safety and appropriateness. I provide support before, during, and after ketamine sessions to help ensure the experience is both expansive and well-integrated.
In 2025, Colorado’s Natural Medicine Health Act became fully operational,
allowing licensed facilitators to provide regulated psilocybin-assisted
therapy at state-licensed healing centers for adults aged 21 and over.
In addition to mental health support, many seek psilocybin to explore
creativity, self exploration, and spirituality. I am a licensed psilocybin
facilitator and partner with Reflective Healing Center in Fort Collins, where
I support individuals through the full psilocybin process—screening and
preparation, the guided session, and post-session integration. Preparation
and integration sessions can easily be conducted via telehealth.
Both approaches offer structured, supportive containers for those seeking
deeper self-understanding, healing, or meaningful change. My role is to provide a safe, ethical, and attuned presence that honors your autonomy and your own innate capacity to heal.
