About Me
I am passionate to help people who are ready to do the deep work of healing—whether you're navigating trauma, struggling with addiction, feeling disconnected, or simply dealing with the beautiful messiness of life!

I became a therapist because I believe in the transformative power that exists in each one of us. Sometimes we need a little help to tap into it - I know I did! I am honored to hear people's stories and travel alongside them on the journey of life.
I hold a master's degree in Military and Emergency Responder Psychology from CSU-Global. I have a special place in my heart for our first responder and military members in our communities, as well as their families.
I have called the Yampa Valley home for more than a decade. In my free time I enjoy playing music, creating art, getting outside, scuba diving, and enjoying my family.
